EXCHANGE AN ORDER

Exchange items ordered!

  • No support. When a customer places an order, they will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item’s size, design, quantity, and so on. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, and so on.
  • Nonetheless, you can cancel your order immediately (within 6 hours of placing it) and place a new one of your choice.
  • Please contact us if you have any questions about placing an order so we can ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

30-days Return Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

1. Return conditions

RETURNS are handled on a case-by-case basis. Return of your purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

  • The goods received are damaged
  • There are visible defects with the print
  • The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
  • The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
  • The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
  • The item is the wrong style (e.g sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered

2. Return procedure

If the goods delivered to you fall under one of the criteria noted above, please follow the below steps to request a return:

  • You must submit a request for a return within 30 days after you receive your goods.
  • After the 30 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned before submitting your request those goods are considered forfeit.
  • Send 01 email to us in the mailbox: [email protected] with the subject “Request exchange or refund” and content describing the problem with the product.
  • Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.
  • The package should be returned to our processing warehouse at 402 Hughes St, Marshall, Texas 75672, United States.

2. Refund procedure

After the above time frame, if you still see the refund amount unavailable on your balance sheet, please Contact us, or by emailing us at [email protected].

If you qualify for a refund condition, you can also ask for a refund within 24 hours from when your order has been recorded. Send 01 email to us in the mailbox: [email protected] with the subject “Request exchange or refund” and the content describes the problem with the product, please show your order ID so we can support you with it.

You will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us. If you used a Credit card to pay us for the order, the refund amount will be to your credit card balance
